Pankow Construction is a design + build home remodeling firm based in Scottsdale, AZ. Founded in 2000, Pankow Construction has been serving clients in Scottsdale and the Greater Phoenix area for over 20 years.
In 2019 Rob Pankow, a long-time friend and photography client, contacted me about rebuilding their website. Happy with their existing brand and website design – the primary goal of this project was just to address the major issues and make a few improvements to some of the website’s functionality. However, with an unrepairable theme and several deprecated plugins, our best option was to rebuild the site from scratch.

Custom Portfolio Plugin
One of the client’s goals was to improve their website gallery so that it could be used to quickly show customers relevant work on a tablet during consultations. To meet this need, I built a custom portfolio plugin that allows the client to upload images, rearrange them and tag them with products used, project style, location, etc.
